Join David on this epic Icelandic photography journey, where they'll bring you to some of the most amazing photographic locations along Iceland’s Southern Coast. We have enlisted one of Iceland’s most popular and recommended guides, Thor (yes, that’s his real name), for this trip. The workshop fee includes your ground transportation throughout the workshop and hotel accommodations, based on double occupancy. If you require single occupancy, there will be an additional $1000 charge that you can select upon registration.
You can reserve your spot with a $1000 non-refundable deposit. Followed by (2) payments of $2850.00 that would be due in July 2025 and October 2025.
Participants are limited to 6 students.

Accommodation in Reykjaví
Day 2 & 3:
We leave Reykjavík early and head west to our first locations. The exact locations depend on weather conditions, but Snæfellsnes is packed with good location and the most famous of them all is probably Mt. Kirkjufell.
Accommodation in Snaefellsnes
Day 4:
We'll either shoot sunrise before we leave the peninsula or leave early and head towards the south coast, depending on the weather and the conditions we might stay a bit longer and explore more of the peninsula.
Accommodation in Vík area.
Day 5, 6, & 7:
Glacier lagoon will be our playground for the next few days. But before we get there we need to drive a big part of the south coast so we will stop at handpicked locations.
The Glacier lagoon area is probably one of the most famous places in Iceland with its floating icebergs. Just below the lagoon is the mystical diamond beach. On one of the days we are staying in this area we will visit Vestrahorn, a raw mountain with many compositional options like sand dunes, reflection and waves.
We plan to get a helicopter to bring us to a remote ice cave.
Accommodation in Glacier lagoon area.
Day 8:
After shooting sunrise at the lagoon we will start to make our way west towards Vík where we will be photographing the stunning seascapes of Dyrhólaey and Reynisdrangar amongst other things.
Accommodation in Vík area.
Day 9:
This is our last day on the road. We will shoot a sunrise near Vik and then checkout of our hotel and start making our way back towards Reykjavík. We might stick around at the south coast and shoot sunset or drive towards Reykjanes peninsula and explore there a bit before we get back to Reykjavík.
Accommodation in Reykjavík.
Day 10: (Departure day)
This is your last day in Iceland. If you have time, you might want to enjoy a dip into the Blue Lagoon which is in the neighbourhood of Grindavík, before you head out towards Keflavik International Airport for the return flight to your country of stay, taking with you memories and photographs from an unforgettable adventure.
Again, we recommend using the FlyBus+
